Sagi Chestnut Flour

This flour is made from wood-dried chestnuts and ground by stone mill. The traditional drying over a fire gives the chestnut a particularly sweet taste and smell that makes Sagi's unique chestnut flour. Stone-ground flours are the only truly whole grain flours. This type of milling is slower and heats the flour less thereby keeping the vitamin content intact.
