Where do you ship?
We ship to addresses across Canada. Unfortunately, international shipping is not available at the moment.
Where is the pickup location?
If you've selected 'Pick up from store', you may pick up your order only once you have received your confirmation email. Our address for pick up is 6205 boul. Couture, Saint-Leonard, QC. Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm ET and Saturday 8:00am - 3:00pm ET.
How do I see the shipping charges?
In order to see your shipping charges, you will need to go to your cart. Please note final shipping charges will apply once your order has been finalized.
Do I need to create an account for my order?
You are not required to create an account online to place an order. You can simply check out as a 'Guest'.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Order processing times vary on several factors. You will receive an email containing your tracking details once your order has been shipped. If you have any questions specific to your order, please contact us directly.
Is there a minimum purchase amount to place an online order?
There is no minimal purchase amount required for online orders.
Can I make changes to my order?
You can edit your order up to midnight the day before your scheduled pickup or delivery. Please contact us by phone or email as soon as possible. We may require your credit card details to process any additional charges.
Is there a fee if I cancel my order?
You can modify or cancel your order up until the cut off time. If an order is modified or cancelled after the cut off time, you may be charged a cancellation fee.
What is your return policy?
If an item is damaged upon receiving your order you are required to take a picture of the damaged item also of the box that your order was shipped in (within a 48 hour time frame) and send an email to @Orders with your order details. A member of our team will be happy to look into this for you. For a product received expired or close date please contact us by phone 514-325-2020 or by email @Orders.
Which payments methods do we accept for online orders?
For online payment options, we only accept MASTERCARD and VISA.
Will my credit card details be stored online?
Your credit card details will not be stored online.
I just placed an order, what happens now?
After you complete the checkout process, we will start to prepare your order. You will receive an email notifying you of any updates made to your order while it is being prepared.
Why do some prices mention estimates?
Items priced by weight can vary in size and shape and your cart will show an estimated weight and price. When your order is prepared, we will weigh each applicable item to determine its final price.
What if one of my items is not available after my order has been placed?
If an item is not available when your order is being prepared, you will be notified and receive a refund for that item.
Can I use a gift card for my purchase online?
Unfortunately, we do not accept gift cards for online purchases at this time.
Where can I purchase a gift card?
You may pass by our store for all gift card purchases. Unfortunately, at this time we cannot provide gift cards online.
I lost my gift card, can you replace it?
Sorry, all gift cards are not replaceable if lost, stolen, or damaged. Please note that we are unable to reissue gift cards that have been lost or stolen.
