**Availability of Products and Order Confirmation:**

If you wish to modify or refresh the payment details linked to your Berchicci account, you can accomplish this at your convenience by logging into your account and updating your payment information.

 

**Shipping and Delivery:**

Shipping times are approximate and may be subject to variations influenced by external circumstances. Delivery attempts will be conducted at the verified address. Customers can furnish supplementary delivery instructions. It will be your responsibility to monitor any communications from the Canpar courier directly on their website via the Tracking number. If your order is returned to the sender due to your failure to pick it up, we may arrange for a second shipment at your expense.

 

**Dispute Resolution:**

Customers are strongly encouraged to examine items for any damage, freshness issues, or discrepancies in the order upon delivery. In the event of damage, missing items, or receiving the wrong item, it is necessary to take a photograph of the affected item or incorrect item, along with the packaging within 24 hours of receiving the order. Please send the photo and your order details to Orders@berchicci.ca. If the damage has not impacted the internal product's quality, no refund will be given. Refunds will only be provided for damaged or missing products, and no substitutions will be offered.

 

**Product Freshness and Expiry:**

Our packages come with insulating liners and ice gel packs designed to maintain the freshness of your ingredients for hours post-delivery. Nevertheless, we advise you to consider the season and local temperatures at the time of delivery and make suitable arrangements for delivery and storage.

Should you receive a product that has either expired or is approaching its expiration date, and the date was not indicated on the website, please contact us via email at orders@berchicci.ca. Please note that in such cases, the product will only be eligible for a refund.

 

**Responsibility and Liability:**

- Customers bear responsibility for items that are stolen when no signature is necessary for delivery.

- The store is not accountable for pilfered items post-delivery.
