Mr. Moris Tuna Bottarga Grated

Tuna bottarga is obtained from tuna roe, which is processed with sea salt and naturally dried through ventilation. It is a traditional food originating from the Sicilian coasts. Grated tuna bottarga is excellent for dressing spaghetti or enhancing buttered toast. Its flavor is stronger compared to that of mullet bottarga and generally presents a saltier profile.
