artisan processing. The soft and yellow dough is richly filled witha cream of
Lemons from Sicily and the Amalfi Coast, and is enriched with minced and
candied lemon peel, which give an intense and persistent citrus aroma. The
surface is covered with a fragrant italian almond glaze, decorated with whole
almonds and granulated sugar.
