The extra virgin olive oil Diadema is the result of a careful selection of the olive production of Fattoria Villa l'Olmo, presented in a bottle embellished with Swarovski crystals. It has a bright and intense olive green color at the ideal point of ripeness with delicate golden yellow notes and good consistency. All 'smell arises in a persuasive way with aromas of freshly cut grass and green tomatoes. On the palate, complex flavors of sweet almond arrive on entry, with an aftertaste of artichoke and ripe olives; in the finish it is fruity, with well-balanced spicy notes and a pleasant and delicate spicy sensation in the extreme closure.
