Parmigiano Reggiano, known as the King of Cheeses! This cheese can only be produced in 5 regions of Italy, Parma, Reggio-Emilia, Modena, Mantova and Bologna. Parmigiano Reggiano is made of only three ingredients; whole cow's milk, salt and rennet. Each wheel requires a total of 600 litres of milk and must be aged a minimum of 12 months, once the agging process is done is goes through a variety of quality tests. Our Parmigiano Reggiano D.O.P. is aged 24 months, perfect for grating on top of your favourite dishes like pasta, shaving on salads, or simply enjoying large chunks accompanied as a antipasto.
