Chinotto's unique aroma is born on the western Ligurian Riviera where, since 1500, chinotto plants are cultivated. On the palate it is velvety and soft with a noble and harmonious body, without excess of sweetness. Consumed in purity, it is an excellent thirst-quencher especially indicated as an aperitif to accompany savory snacks or for a whole meal in the tasting of rich dishes. Excellent as an ingredient in cocktails in which a strong exotic note is essential. To be served in a low and large glass beaker, without adding ice or lemon.
